Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, with no credit card required. You get the full product during the trial rather than a limited version, and you only enter payment details if you decide to continue.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings whenever you like, and your practice keeps full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How many staff members can I add?
As many as your practice needs. Staff and practitioner accounts are unlimited on the plan, so the price does not change as your team grows.
Is patient data handled in line with GDPR?
Yes. The product is built for GDPR from the ground up: clinical notes are encrypted, every meaningful action is written to an audit log, and your practice data is never visible to another practice.
